Renaissance Lucknow Hotel to Host International Street Food Festival

It’s a rare opportunity to sample the best of street food from US, China, Thailand, Mexico, Italy and the Middle East

Lucknow, March 03^rd 2017: Renaissance Lucknow Hotel is hosting a delightful street food festival in the first week of March. For ten days – from 3^rd to 12^th March -- the hotels’ all-day dining restaurant L14 will be converted into a one-stop-shop for street food from across the world.  From pastas and quesadilla to tacos and falafel, and from to burgers and satays to kebab and paratha, you can get it all, especially curated for you by Renaissance chef Balvinder Pal Singh Lubana.

Exclusive live counters will showcase celebrated street food from India, U S, China, Thailand, Mexico, Italy and the Middle East. Each of these country counters will prepare and serve signature street food from that country.

There will be plenty of options, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, for guests to choose from, and they can have their dish made to taste before their eyes. It will be customization at its best – you can select your vegetable/meat/seafood, choose your preferred sauce/marinade, have it cooked to your taste and served with cocktail of your choice --Whiskey Sour, Gimlet, Cosmopolitan, 1950 Martini etc.

Renaissance Lucknow Hotel Organizes Indonesian Ayam, a Festival of Incredible Indonesian Cuisine

Lucknow, February 03^rd 2017: Renaissance Lucknow Hotel has organized adelightful event for food lovers –“Indonesian Ayam’’ a choice of hand-picked exotic dishes from the island country. Ayam is the Indonesian word for chicken. But the festival will not be confined to chicken dishes. There will be plenty of variety.However, the highlight of the festival will be the famed Indonesian satay. 

Succulent and flavourful, this dish of seasoned, skewered grilled meat, served with a special sauce will transport you to Indonesia, sitting here in Lucknow. It will be accompanied with other Indonesian delights -- soups and grill to indulge your tastebuds. 

The festival of incredible Indonesian cuisine starts on 03^rd February 2017 at L 14, the Renaissance’s specialty restaurant and will be on till 12^th February 2017.

Celebrated Lohri “Shan-e-Punjab” Style @ Renaissance Lucknow Hotel

~The taste of Punjabi cuisine at Renaissance Lucknow Hotel~

Lucknow, January 16^th 2017: Renaissance Lucknow hotel that is synonymous with celebration and bringing the best of festive fervor to its patrons organised a three-day gastronomical experience over the Lohri weekend. The festival began from the 13^th and went on until the 15^th January. Guests witnessed the culinary expertise of the Executive Sous chef Balvinder Pal Singh Lubana.

The 3-day food festival bought together the best food from the land of 5 rivers, set against the ambience of a tradition Punjabi Lohri.  The first day of the festival witnessed a grand buffet brunch with scrumptious delicacies along with music to create a festive ambience.

The hotel also organized a Lohri party at Sky Bar on 14^th January, where people danced the night away to thumping dance numbers, with DJ Zuby.

“Punjabi food has universal appeal with its intense flavours and generous portions. Lohri seems a perfect day to celebrate Punjabi cuisine and we are delighted to bring this extravaganza to Renaissance patrons. On 15^th January, the hotel organised a Punjabi barbecue night at Sky Bar with a choice of tandoori dishes, both veg and non-veg. There was a delectable three-course meal curated for the evening.
