New Delhi, 21^st Feb 2017: Ambience Mall is organizing first of its kind three-day ‘Ambience Carnival’ at Vasant Kunj aimed at entertaining people with food platter organized by The Grub Fest  to indulge in along with the live grooving music performances from leading musical bands. The three day Carnival will be starting from 24th February and will go on till 26^th February 2017. On this occasion, Ambience Mall will organize various entertainment activities like live music performances, RJ’s performances, recreational activities like Clown and artist entertainment, Flea Market and India’s biggest food festival where restaurants display their signature delicacies over good music and hearty performances in association with The Grub Fest.

The Carnival will witness host of starry performances by renowned musical artist like Guru Randhawa, Fazil Puria, Tatava K, Nina Shah & Malika Haydon, Hari & Sukhmani and others who will sweep the audience off the ground with their alluring performances. Apart from this, there will be live music performances by Resident DJ's, clown and artist entertainment activities and flea market to keep the audience engaged and entertained. As part of the carnival,Ambience Mall will also organize a “Food Zone” where restaurants such as {Niche} Cafe 2.0 Cafe & Bar, Al Yousuf, Bunta Bar, CJ's Fresh, DoggyStyle, Dunkin Donuts, Fluffles, Fork 'N' Spoon, Iqbal's, Koyla Kebab, Oh So Stoned!, Waffle Factory, Twigly and many more would be displaying their signature delicacies and giving customers a chance to enjoy variety of scrumptious food under one roof.

The three-day extravaganza hits the Nehru Park from the 10-12 February 2017, from 11 AM to 11 PM. Palate Fest Reimagined 2017 is also partnered by Living Foodz and LLOYD (Principle Partner). New Delhi Palate Fest 2014 made groundbreaking history being the first of its kind world-class food festival. After 6 successful festivals in Delhi, Goa and Chandigarh in the last 2 years, Palate Fest is back with its latest edition of the country’s biggest food enthusiasts’ garden party running in parallel with IMAGINE Fest.

Palate Fest is back again with India’s finest restaurants, chefs, entertainers and musicians. Delhi will come alive with tons of culinary experience, a medley of tastings, series of events and celebrations. Lucknow, January 16^th 2017: Renaissance Lucknow hotel that is synonymous with celebration and bringing the best of festive fervor to its patrons organised a three-day gastronomical experience over the Lohri weekend. The festival began from the 13^th and went on until the 15^th January. Guests witnessed the culinary expertise of the Executive Sous chef Balvinder Pal Singh Lubana.

The 3-day food festival bought together the best food from the land of 5 rivers, set against the ambience of a tradition Punjabi Lohri.  The first day of the festival witnessed a grand buffet brunch with scrumptious delicacies along with music to create a festive ambience.

The hotel also organized a Lohri party at Sky Bar on 14^th January, where people danced the night away to thumping dance numbers, with DJ Zuby.

“Punjabi food has universal appeal with its intense flavours and generous portions. Lohri seems a perfect day to celebrate Punjabi cuisine and we are delighted to bring this extravaganza to Renaissance patrons. On 15^th January, the hotel organised a Punjabi barbecue night at Sky Bar with a choice of tandoori dishes, both veg and non-veg. There was a delectable three-course meal curated for the evening.
