NEW DELHI: From live demonstration to showcasing Global Foods and trends in Savouries, Beverages, Desserts and Cakes, there were so much to see in Rich 's Gourmet Guide Exhibition by RICH GRAVISS held at Shangrila's Eros, New Delhi. The event was dedicated to the world of baking and the art of cake decorating. The hall was seemed packed with the bakers viewing 250 number of decorative cakes and cuisines at the middle of the hall and interactive sessions with chef team at the stalls.
Rich Graviss among market leaders in non-dairy toppings have introduced its most premium Icing and Filling cream for bakers,i.e Bettercreme, in the Indian market. The launch was done at the ‘Gourmet Guide’ exhibition and live cooking and baking event, organized by the company in Delhi. Rich's Gourmet Guide is a bakery exhibition and live demonstration platform started by the company early this year by “converging” all independent events for different segments of the market. The first Gourmet Guide event was held in May in Mumbai to mark the World Baking Day, followed by Bengaluru in mid-September this year. Delhi is the third city where Rich Graviss organized Gourmet Guide.
