Girgaon Sea shore, K&B has been serving International Food to the Indian taste palate for the last 2.5 years & has kept fusion a very integral part of its food offering, be it through the Mex - O - Fusion Quesadilla or the Miniature Big Daddy Burrito to the Paneer Chilly Pizza or K&B Cheesy pasta.
K&B has always tried experimenting & presenting dishes mixing the Mexican & Asian ingredients on the menu they offer. K&B is the brain child from a dynamic entrepreneur Kushal & his mother Archana, who spearheads the recipe in the kitchen along with the Sous - Chef. Kurries & Burries - Café Mex Asian is excited to bring to you the Spring & Drink Food Festival, a fusion food offering which is the Niche to K&B. With the latest food festival, K&B would be offering its patrons a variety of Spring Roll with Asian, Mexican, Italian, Continental & Indian flavors, something which is unique and first of its kind in the food industry.
On bites would be the Italian Spring Roll - Spaghetti tossed in Arabiatta Sauce, Mexican Spring Roll - layers of Mexican Beans, Mexican Rice, Salsa & Sour Cream, Paneer Tikka Spring Roll - Paneer marinated with Indian spices along with Capsicum, Kathi Spring Roll - Tomato, Onion, Capsicum and Paneer tossed together with K&B special Spices, Cheese Kung Pao Spring Roll - Potato tossed in sweet spicy Kung Pao Sauce & loaded with Cheese, Stir Fry Veggie Spring Roll - Exotic Veggies tossed in Olive Oil and Herbs & Potato Cheese Spring Roll - Mashed Potato mixed with Cheese & Herbs.
Accompanying the Spring Roll would be a variety of dips made in-house like Schezwan Sauce, Sour Cream, Salsa, Mexican Sauce, Spicy Red Chilli Mayo Dip & Spicy Indian Chutney. After having these mouthwatering Spring Rolls, to quench the thirst, K&B has put together some Desi & twisted drinks like the Jal Jeera, Masala Orange Soda, Pep - Mojito, Spicy Mexicana & Icecream Berry.
Further to the above would be our child hood favorite Pep-Sticks which many have grown sipping. Pep - Sticks would be served with a MOCKTAIL TWIST with flavors of Orange Pep-Stick, Ice Tea Pep - Stick, Frozen Sky Pep - Stick, Jal Jeera Pep - Stick, Mojito Pep - Stick, Strawberry Pep - Stick.
This would be above the regular menu being offered to patrons with the in-house specialty like the Mexican Mexwich, Miniature Big Daddy Burrito, 2 in 1 Pasta, Kung Pao Wok, Sweet Tangy Chutney Sandwich, Thai Curry & Tender Berry.
The Spring & Drink Festival would be available to patrons for Dine-In From : 12th December'16 to 13th January'17
