Spaghetto Con Merluzzo Nero E Tartufo Nero
Spaghetti With Black Cod And Black Truffle
Portion- 4

Ingredients                                       Quantity

1.           Spaghetti                         320 gms
2.           Black cod fillet          240 gms
3.           Black truffle in oil       20 gms
4.           Fish stock                         200 ml
5.           Salt                               to taste
6.           White pepper                  8 gms
7.           Extra virgin olive oil   40 gms
8.           Parsley                               12 gms

Method:

1.           Blanch spaghetti in boiling water, until al dente.
2.           Add some of the stock in a pan, along with the spaghetti, and season with salt.
3.           Cube the black cod fillet, and add to pan along with the black truddle in oil, olive oil, and chopped parsley.
4.            Toss well to combine.
